Juan Alonso
Juan is a Creative Technologist. He has a Computer Science degree and a Master in Sound and Music Computing from Aalborg University.
His background in Tech (he was around back when the vertical portals ruled the Internet) merges with his passion for art expression (he is a consummated musician) resulting in whimsical experiences that aim to help with daily frictions using tech and humor.
He is the brains behind inventions as an AI model that creates marzipan figurines, the “tortillabot”, or the AI-generated song that took second place at the AI song contest in 2022.
Juan was CTO and co-founder of Tecnilógica, which was later acquired by Accenture.

Juan Antonio Casado
Juan Antonio’s passion about technology led him to become an Electronics and Communications engineer, later adding to his curriculum a Management masters degree at IESE (PDG), an AI masters at IIA, and a Governance masters at IGE.
He was a co-founder of Tecnilogica, and after the sale of the company he managed Innovation teams in Accenture both nationally and internationally. He is a co-founder of AlterBiblio, a medtech startup that helps researchers with their documentation needs.

Clara G. Quince
Passionate about literature and computers, she found the perfect fusion of the two in artificial intelligence and language processing.
Clara sees technology as a tool, a tool to solve existing problems and pose new questions. She has been involved in research since the beginning of her professional career, both in the academic realm and in the industrial environment. She is currently investigating the limits of Generative AI, promoting ways to expand them.
Her academic journey includes degrees in Literature and Computer Science, as well as a Master’s in AI from UPM.

Jorge Gutierrez
Jorge is a Molecular Biologist that took a turn towards technology early on his career and never looked back.
He was co-founder and CEO of Tecnilogica, where he pioneered DevOps implantation in Spain, and has always been interested in company performance and Innovation.
During his time in Accenture, he managed large teams and project portfolios, also leading the Innovation team for Accenture Song in Europe.
Jorge got a PDG degree at IESE and an AI masters at IIA.

Eduardo Noeda
Edu is passionate about how humans interact with technology. He started programming in the days of BASIC, later earning a degree in Computer Science. He then began working at an Internet portal just as the web was taking shape.
Early on, he embraced the Agile movement and has been a strong advocate for agile methodologies and human-centered leadership in tech.
He has led and transformed delivery teams throughout his career, always focusing on innovation and improving performance but, above all, fostering happier teams.

Dani Seuba
Dani has been Partner and Creative Strategy director at several digital independent agencies, and Design Lead at Fjord, but what he has been all his life is a curious mind.
Daniel focuses his interest in how technology can be used to create, augment, or modify experiences, narratives, or physical spaces, and led a proactive around physical space augmentation at Accenture, where he was too a lead in the global innovation team.
Dani is a lecturer at several national universities, and is currently earning an MBA at Berlin School/Steinbeis around new leadership models.

At Both.rocks, we have been involved with Usyncro - Blockchain & AI Tech 4 Logistics, which uses LLMs to understand trade documents with completely different formats, and with Educaia, which uses LLMs to amplify the capacity of exam preparation tutors and provide exam candidates with personalized educational materials. We have helped Kfund make their first explorations with Generative AI and have designed workshops for various clients to help their employees understand how AI can improve their workflows.
